General maintenance which is the Landlord’s responsibility (for which there is normally no charge) is carried out on the following Tuesday or Friday. Please indicate the day and time preferred and whether access is permitted in your absence.
We will be pleased to arrange for any other repairs or maintenance work requested by the tenant for which there will be a charge with a minimum call-out fee of £20.
Emergency maintenance is any issue that may affect the health and safety of tenants. It is our policy to carry out emergency maintenance work, as defined in the Tenancy Agreement as the Landlord’s responsibility, the same day or as soon as possible, for which there will normally be no charge.
We will also be pleased to arrange for any other emergency repairs or maintenance work requested by the tenant to be carried out the same day or as soon as possible for which there will be a charge together with a minimum call-out fee of £40.
If you have an urgent request outside our normal office hours you should not use this form but instead telephone the Emergency & Out of Hours telehone number found in your house file. A member of the Glenfield Maintenance Team will then be pleased to deal with your call as soon as possible.
